Fully inspected

We've passed all of our inspections!

And now the big projects will begin!!!

Here's the tenative outline:

Sheetrock this week/early next week
Tear out the 1890's (destroyed) wood floors in the living room, dining room, and den/office
Lay new joysts, subfloor in mentioned rooms
Lay and finish new oak floor (end of June)
Install lanoleum in kitchen
Install kitchen cabinets and countertop

With any luck, we'll have a working kitchen by mid-late July! Hurray!
