Updates

I never have creative titles... so you'll just have to deal with the fact that I am not a snappy writer. :-) To make up for it, here's some real substance.

Firstly, the kitties are getting along better now.


Chloe has been showing some real muscle around here.

And so has John as he paints the house, and works on his summer classes (summer school's last day was 7/26!!!).

The cats have been keeping cool... in the fridge!

Finally, I applied for, and got a full time position in the Acute Rehab Unit (where I am now). No more rotating! I am thrilled!!!!

House and family

I keep thinking that we're going to get done with a project and I'll be able to write a good entry describing the process. But, life does not operate that way. We've been working on several house projects lately, most importantly of painting the outside of the house and working on the kitchen & bathroom trim.

On a completely new note, a new kitten has been added to our family. Say hello to Chloe.
Sabrina is not handling the new addition very well... so Chloe is in our bedroom with her own food, water and litter, and Sabrina is otherwise running the roost. Hopefully Sabrina will stop growling and hissing at the kitten soon.
